32 Mosques Hosting Friday Prayers This Ramadan in Bahrain
Bahrain’s Sunni Endowments Directorate has just made a significant announcement ahead of Ramadan, designating 32 mosques across the kingdom as Jamea mosques for Friday prayers. This decision aims to enhance accessibility and make worship more convenient for everyone during the holy month.
Starting from the first Friday of Ramadan, these mosques will host special Friday prayers, helping worshippers celebrate the holy month in a way that accommodates their schedules and needs. Dr. Shaikh Rashid bin Mohammed bin Futais Al Hajri, Chairman of the Sunni Endowments Council, emphasized the council’s dedication to ensuring that worship is accessible for all during Ramadan. He also expressed his gratitude to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for their continuous support of religious initiatives and community service.
