The Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) has announced the trial launch of its Electronic Settlement service (E-Settlement), aiming to streamline compliance procedures for businesses. This initiative allows employers to efficiently settle eligible criminal violations through a user-friendly online platform, reducing the need for physical visits.

E-Settlement simplifies the resolution process by enabling employers to electronically settle eligible criminal violations directly from their offices. The platform facilitates instant settlement fee payments through secure online channels or accredited banks, swiftly rectifying the establishment's legal status and removing administrative notices.
Employers receive notifications via SMS and email and can commence the settlement process through LMRA's online 'E-Support' system upon approval.
