Beyond the glamour of the pageant, Yacoub is on a three-fold mission. Drawing from her personal experience with a learning disability, she volunteers as a children's art teacher, aiming to support young artists facing similar challenges. Additionally, she runs the Hero Project, highlighting individuals making a positive impact globally, and serves as Bahrain's first Smile Train ambassador, raising awareness for cleft lip and palate issues. With plans for university in the UK next year, Yacoub remains focused on her advocacy work and upcoming movie roles after the competition, highlighting the transformative nature of her unique gap year.
