The BIC has launched the 'DiverseDrive' internship programme in collaboration with Bahrain's Supreme Council of Women.
The programme will provide aspiring female engineers with hands-on experience in the field of motorsport and learn first-hand from seasoned professionals and industry experts.
The three-month internship programme is open to female graduates with degrees in mechanical engineering, automotive, electric engineering, civil engineering, and other related fields.
The internship will help interns develop technical skills, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, project management skills, and many other important skills.
Technical skills that interns can pick up at the job include CAD software proficiency, equipment maintenance, energy efficiency analysis, and other useful skills that will help them in their engineering careers.
