Govt Employees and Retirees to Receive Salaries Before Eid Al Fitr

The Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa has issued a directive that all government employees receive their salaries and retirees receive their pensions on April 18th, before the Eid Al Fitr holiday.

The Prime Minister made the announcement on Monday in the weekly Cabinet meeting, which he chaired at Gudaibiya Palace. At the meeting, the Cabinet also announced the launch of 'Aspire', which is a career development program that will cater to Bahrain's postgraduate degree holders.
In the meeting, the Cabinet also approved the memorandums for the acquisition of real estate for public use, for a unified customer service guide, and for reviewing the names of cities, villages, neighbourhoods, roads, and other places.
