Gulf Air, the national airline of Bahrain, is set to broaden its reach with the introduction of a new seasonal route to AlUla in Saudi Arabia. Starting on February 3, 2024, the airline will operate two weekly flights until March 6, 2024, and then resume from April 10 to 27, 2024, utilizing the advanced A320 neo aircraft.

Flight Schedule
Flights GF 0191 will depart Bahrain International at 3:10 PM, arriving in AlUla at 5:30 PM. The return leg, GF0192, will take off from AlUla International at 6:15 PM and touch down in Bahrain at 8:05 PM.
Established Presence in Saudi Arabia
With a history dating back to 1950, Gulf Air has maintained a strong presence in Saudi Arabia, operating flights to and from the country for over seven decades. The addition of AlUla brings the airline's global network to an impressive total of 54 destinations.

Looking ahead, Gulf Air has plans to extend its global reach, with flights to China slated for launch this 2024. This move aligns with the airline's continuous efforts to connect diverse regions and meet the evolving travel needs of passengers.

In a similar regional development, Qatar Airways has recently initiated services to AlUla from Doha. The national carrier of Qatar now operates two weekly flights to AlUla, contributing to a total of 10 destinations served in Saudi Arabia.
