Abu Dhabi, UAE, January 2022 – This February 2022, renowned fine-dining Cantonese restaurant Hakkasan Abu Dhabi will welcome The Year of the Tiger in style. The restaurant will offer a limited-edition menu featuring dishes specially created for the occasion, along with a tiger-inspired cocktail.

Available from 31st January to 13th February, the Chinese New Year menu will be priced at AED 488 per person, for a minimum of two guests to share. The menu starts with a fresh Yu Sheng salad consisting of house cured salmon and plum dressing, served alongside the Xingfu Dim Sum trio, boasting a baked truffle duck puff, tiger prawn dumpling, and wild mushroom puff. To follow, main dishes include the Baked cornfed spatchcock with chestnut, morel mushroom and angelica root, plus Wok-fried wild sea bass with enoki mushroom and spicy sesame soy. A gold tiger-striped Orange Dark Chocolate Firecracker with Mandarin Sorbet will mark the end of the luxurious feast.

Inspired by the Chinese tiger’s original habitat of the Fujian province, the King of Fujian cocktail has been created for guests to enjoy exclusively throughout the two-week celebration. Including kumquat, a symbol of good luck, passion fruit, lychee, and basil leaves, the tropical serve will be beautifully garnished with edible gold leaf and a playful tiger print.
