A glitch caused issues in users vaccination status and COVID-19 tests in AlHosn app last week, and UAE residents have been wondering how to fix it. Those who weren’t able to get their vaccination status or COVID-19 tests updated on the Al Hosn App have been urged to reach out to medical centres where they took the jab or test from.
Dr. Farida Al Hosani, the UAE health sector's spokesperson, made the clarification during the latest government media briefing.

She said that it's the responsibility of the medical care centres to provide accurate data to the Al Hosn app system.
She added that the Al Hosn app is up and running, with the latest upgrade resolving earlier glitches.
