The State of Kuwait has proposed that 10 percent of the profits from the Arab Fund for Social and Economic Development be allocated to support Palestine, announced Dr. Anwar Al-Mudhaf, Kuwait’s Minister of Finance and Minister of State for Economic and Investment Affairs, on Wednesday.

Approval at Arab Financial Institutions Meeting
This proposal was approved during the Joint Annual Meetings of Arab Financial Institutions 2024. Minister Al-Mudhaf confirmed the approval and discussed various issues addressed at the meeting.
By proposing this allocation of funds, Kuwait aims to strengthen support for Palestine while addressing broader financial stability and development in the Arab region.
