Bahrain has officially announced that Thursday, May 1, 2025, will be a public holiday in celebration of Labour Day.
The announcement came through a circular issued by Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain. As per the circular, all ministries and public institutions across the Kingdom will be closed for the day.

This annual public holiday honors the contributions and achievements of workers and is celebrated globally.
