Hawar Island is on the tentative list of UNESCO world heritage sites for its natural history, so the new resort will be surrounded by a wildlife sanctuary – becoming one of the first environmentally focused projects in the Middle East set to open in 2024.
In addition, the resort will offer an adventure park, a water park, a tennis court, and a bike track, plus five restaurants. Mantis Bahrain Hawar Island Hotel & Resort, which will have 72 rooms and suites.

You will be able to see wild animals including sand gazelles, Arabian oryx, coral reefs, and dugongs.
As a Mantis property, the project will be developed in a sustainable and environmentally aware way, with initiatives to reduce the use of water and reuse biodegradable food waste.
