The Ministry of Education has released the academic calendar for the 2024-2025 school year, and it's packed with important dates and holidays. Mark your calendars because classes start on September 4 and wrap up on June 2, 2025.

Key Dates for the 2024-2025 School Year:
- Start of First Semester: Classes for all grades and continuing education programs kick off on September 4, with teachers and administrators returning on September 1.
- First Semester Exams: Regular exams run from December 31 to January 15. Practical exams for high school and parallel secondary education will take place from December 24 to 30.
- End of First Semester: Primary students finish the first semester on January 15, and the second semester starts on February 2.
- Second Semester Exams: Final exams are scheduled from May 20 to June 2, with practical exams from May 13 to 19. The last day for primary students is June 2.
- Second-Round Exams: Make-up exams for all levels and parallel secondary education will be held from June 19 to 25.
