QNB and Visa Introduce First Virtual Prepaid Card for FIFA World Cup
A brand-new Visa virtual prepaid card was issued by QNB Group, the FIFA World Cup 2022's Official Middle East and Africa Supporter, for the tournament in Qatar in 2022. This is the first card of its kind, and it is intended to give visitors and locals an easy, pleasant, and secure experience.
This is a new addition to the bank's extensive offering of digital products and services, with the goal of giving FIFA World Cup fans and tourists a simple, practical, and well-liked digital payment method as part of its efforts to move toward cashless payments.

Users will need to download the QNB Mobile App and complete a few easy steps in an automated application before submitting it. Customers can safely load their cards during the exclusivity period, and after verification, cards will be supplied quickly and without charge.
Adel Ali Al Malki, general manager of retail banking at QNB Group, commented on the launch, saying: "We are extremely proud to be the first bank in Qatar to launch a fully digitized card and continue to be the regional leader in implementing the latest, cutting-edge payment technology with the highest security standards.
