His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, paid tribute to Aqeeda Ali Al Muhairi, who passed away on Saturday.
Al Muhairi was a veteran Emirati who spent his life treating people using traditional medicines for free.
Sheikh Mohamed took to twitter to mourn his death “Aqeeda Ali Al Muhairi was a loyal and honorable son of the UAE, who served his country with distinction for decades. My heartfelt condolences go to his family and relatives. May God have mercy on him”.

His Highness used to visit Al Muhairi occasionally to check on his health. The cause of death is still unknown and the funeral prayers is yet to be announced.
Al Muhairi was previously honored by the Abu Dhabi Awards in 2015 amongst other exceptional individuals.
