His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai is known for his love for knowledge, he’s written multiple books previously, where he shared experiences and learnt lessons from his personal life and now we get to know more about his childhood in My Little World.

His Highness has written a children’s book, titled ‘My Little World’, which comprises of five stories based on his early life experiences. It was launched on Saturday, January 9, 2021 in partnership with Al Hudhud Publishing and Distribution.

The five separate stories are as follows: ‘Camping with the scorpions’; ‘My cave of treasures’; ‘My first horse’; ‘My friend, the lion’; and ‘My mother, like no other’.

‘My Mother, Like No Other’ is a special tribute to his late mother Sheikha Latifa bint Hamdan Al Nahyan where His Highness shares “a story of how he took a lone baby gazelle he found in the desert to safety. He recalls wondering at the time whether anyone would care for it as much as its mother.” As per Dubai Media Office.

Meanwhile, ‘My Cave of Treasures’ showcases Sheikh Mohammed’s “determination to transform the room into his personal space for contemplation, brainstorming and experimentation”.
