If you suffer from a lack of sleep, you may see people as less attractive, according to a recent Swedish study. This study was applied to a group of sleep-deprived people who rated a group of faces, which proved that lack of sleep is associated with more negative social impressions of others. Researchers explained that sleep deprivation appears to make people spend less time "focusing" on other people's faces and expressions that help us understand their emotional state this in turn has a detrimental effect on the way we perceive others.
