UAE’s First Kosher Restaurant Launches In Burj Khalifa

Located in the luxury Armani Hotel, this exclusive fine-dinning restaurant aims to offer the best of kosher cuisine as an ode to the traditions from around the world.
The Esteemed chef, Fabien Fayolle has also curated a special menu that offers kosher cuisine which consists of Dubai’s originality while signature Armani dishes are also celebrated.
While enjoying this unique experience, guests can enjoy stunning views of the Dubai Fountain and Downtown Dubai.
The Emirates Kosher Supervising Agency, which is the only kosher certifier in the UAE so far, has given the restaurant, the necessary certifications for it to specialize in kosher cuisine as it complies with kashrut, the Jewish dietary laws.
The menu will have an array of dishes such as spaghetti bolognese with fresh basil and cherry tomatoes along with pan fried sea bass accompanied by a parsnip pureé. Middle-eastern dishes will also be a vital part of the menu and it will include hummus, baba ganoush, fattoush and creamy lentil soup.
As mentioned by the hotel, a delivery service is also set to launch and will be offered as an option soon.
The restaurant will be closed to dine-in on Fridays as that is observed as the Jewish Sabbath day. Armani/Kaf is open Sunday-Thursday, from 6.30pm to 11.30pm and has a 40-seat dinner option is on the ground floor of the luxury hotel. The prices for the takeaway menu starts at Dhs240.
