The fiancée of the Crown Prince of Jordan was born in Riyadh on April 28, 1994 to Mr. Khalid bin Musaed bin Saif bin Abdulaziz Al Saif, and Mrs. Azza bint Nayef Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Sudairi. She is the younger sister of three children, Faisal, Nayef, and Dana.
After completing her high school education in Saudi Arabia, Rajwa moved to the United States to study at the School of Architecture at Syracuse University in New York.

The origin of Al Saif family goes back to the Subai tribe, and they are the sheikhs of the town of Al-Attar in Sudair, Najd, since the beginning of the reign of King Abdulaziz Al Saud.
The Royal Hashemite Court announced, on Wednesday, the engagement of His Highness, Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, to Mrs. Rajwa Khalid bin Musaed bin Saif bin Abdulaziz Al-Saif, in the presence of His Majesty King Abdullah II and Queen Rania Al Abdullah.
