World Earth Day is celebrated every year on the 22nd of April, to create awareness about major environmental issues such as pollution and also to mark the anniversary of the birth of the modern environmental movement in 1970.

However, this years World Earth day’s theme is ‘Restore our Earth’, which sheds light on natural processes, emerging green technologies and innovative thinking.
Many companies and showing their support to mother nature on World Earth day, such as google has an icon of a tree.
It is up to each and every one of us to Restore Our Earth not just because we care about the natural world, but because we live on it. We all need a healthy Earth to support our jobs, livelihoods, health & survival, and happiness. A healthy planet is not an option — it is a necessity.

-Meditate and spend some time outside appreciating nature.
-Reduce electricity use in your house.
