Bahrain to Welcome 12 Cruise Ships for 2024 Festive Season

Bahrain is gearing up for a bustling December as 12 cruise ships are scheduled to dock during the 2024 festive season. The announcement, made by Sara Ahmed Buheji, CEO of the Bahrain Tourism Authority, highlights the country's efforts to boost tourism and showcase its rich culture and attractions.  

A Festive Welcome for Tourists

The arrival of these cruise ships will bring thousands of visitors to Bahrain, allowing them to experience its winter beaches, festive events, shopping destinations, and iconic historical sites. With the holiday season in full swing, both locals and tourists can look forward to a vibrant atmosphere filled with activities and celebrations.  

Cruise Highlights New and Returning Vessels

Among the fleet, the Greek cruise ship Celestyal Journey will make its debut in the Gulf, adding excitement to the season. Other notable ships include the French vessel Le Bougainville, German liners from AIDA Cruises, and ships from Swiss-Italian MSC Cruises. Each ship promises a unique experience for travelers eager to explore Bahrain’s offerings.
