Bahrain’s Full Ownership of McLaren

Earlier this year, Bahrain’s sovereign wealth fund, Mumtalakat, acquired full ownership of the McLaren Group. This significant move follows a challenging financial period for McLaren, marking a major milestone for the British sports car manufacturer and its Formula 1 team. Mumtalakat, already McLaren's largest shareholder, now fully controls the company, signaling a new era for McLaren.

The Crown Prince’s visit to the Dutch Grand Prix highlights Bahrain’s growing influence in global motorsports and its commitment to fostering international partnerships.
