- ⅓ cup all-purpose flour

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Bechamel Sauce
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomatoes, finely diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 500 grams ground beef
- 1 ½ tbsp all-spice
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- ½ cup stock (meat or vegetable)

- 350 grams penne pasta (or ziti noodles)
- 3 tbsp parmesan cheese

- Make the Roux
تم نسخ الرابطIn a saucepan, melt the butter and then add the flour. Stir to create a roux. Reduce heat slightly and allow it to caramelize lightly before gradually adding the milk while stirring constantly.
- Season the Bechamel
تم نسخ الرابطAdd salt, pepper, and nutmeg to the roux while stirring over medium heat until it begins to thicken. Once thickened, stir in the shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan until melted. Set the bechamel aside.
- Cook the Onion and Garlic

- Add the Meat

- Add Stock and Tomato Paste

- Cook the Pasta

- Assemble

- Bake
