Fried Potato Balls

4 potatoes
3 tbsp cornstarch
½ tsp salt
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

  1. Prepare the Potatoes

    Start by peeling and washing the potatoes, then boiling them into water until cooked. Transfer into a bowl and mash thoroughly.
  2. Make the Balls

    Add chopped parsley, cornstarch, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper to the mashed potatoes and mix well. Then, shape the mixture into bite-size balls.
  3. Deep Fry
