- Prepare the Stuffing
First, in a pan over medium heat, melt the butter then toast the Kadaifi dough. Then, add pistachio cream, crushed pistachios - saving some to garnish - and mix well. Once combined, take off the heat and set it aside.
- Make the Flour Slurry
The slurry is essential to lock your samosas. Mix equal parts of water and flour to get a thick paste.
- Start Stuffing
Take a square spring roll wrap and brush it with the slurry. Fold it into a triangle, then place a generous tablespoon of the Kadaifi stuffing on the edge. Fold from corner to corner until it forms a neat samosa-shaped triangle and lock it with another slurry brush.
- Fry the Dubai Chocolate Samosa
Keep repeating until you run out of the stuffing. Then, grab your stuffed samosas and deep fry until golden brown. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Dip in Chocolate
Once the samosas have cooled, melt dark or milk chocolate. Dip each samosa until fully coated, then sprinkle pistachios on top while the chocolate is still melted so they stick. Serve and enjoy!
