Beef Medley

500 grams cubed steak
3 colored bell peppers, cubed
10 cherry tomatoes
10 garlic cloves, halved
1 large red onion, cubed
1 small head of broccoli, florets chopped

Sauce

2 cups hot water
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp mixed spices
1 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp vinegar

  1. Assemble in the Jar

    Chop the vegetables and layer them in the glass jar. Begin with onions, then add garlic, cubed meat, cherry tomatoes, more garlic, bell peppers, and broccoli. Customize the layers by adding or removing ingredients to suit your taste.
  2. Make the Sauce

    Combine hot water, tomato paste, salt, spices, paprika, and vinegar, stirring until well mixed. Pour the mixture into the jar, filling it no more than ¾ % full. Secure the lid tightly.
  3. Bake

    Place the jar in a baking dish and bake in the oven at 200°C for 45 minutes. Carefully remove it, open the jar, and transfer the contents to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley and serve with a side of rice. Enjoy!
