Monkey Bread

1 cup white sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
3 packages of refrigerated biscuit dough
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup raisins
½ cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar

  1. Preheat and Prepare the Pan

    Set your oven to 175°C and grease a 25.4 cm (10-inch) Bundt or tube pan to ensure easy release.
  2. Coat the Biscuit Pieces

    Place white sugar and cinnamon in a plastic bag and mix well. Cut biscuits into quarters, then add 6 to 8 pieces at a time, shaking until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange in the Pan

    Stack the coated biscuit pieces in the greased pan. If adding walnuts and raisins, distribute them evenly among the biscuit pieces as you layer.
  4. Make the Caramel Sauce

    Melt butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Let it come to a boil, then simmer for 1 minute before drizzling over the biscuit pieces.
  5. Bake and Serve
