Pasta

350 grams pasta, fusilli or penne
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp oil

Yogurt Sauce

2 cups Greek yogurt
4 garlic cloves, grated
½ lemon, juiced
Salt to taste

Beef

500 grams ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp cumin
3 tbsp tomato paste
Salt and pepper to taste

Paprika Butter

¼ cup butter
1 tsp sweet paprika

Garnish

Cherry tomatoes, halved
Fresh parsley, chopped
Feta cheese, crumbled

  1. Cook the Pasta

    First, boil water and add salt and oil. Then, cook the pasta until al dente.
  2. Make the Garlic Yogurt

    While pasta is cooking, mix yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl and set aside.
  3. Cook the Beef

    Place a pan over medium heat, add oil and onions, and sauté for 3 minutes. Stir in paprika, garlic powder, and cumin, and cook for another 2 minutes. Now, add the ground beef and cook for 10 minutes until browned, then add tomato paste, salt, and pepper cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Prepare the Paprika Butter

    Transfer the butter to a saucepan and place it over low heat. Add the sweet paprika, bring it to a gentle bubble, and then remove it from the heat.
  5. Assemble Your Dish

    Transfer cooked pasta to a serving dish, topping it with garlic yogurt, spiced beef, and drizzle with paprika butter.
