- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp dry mango powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp mint leaves, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp corn flour

- Mix Potatoes With Spices
تم نسخ الرابطIn a large bowl, mix potatoes with chilli, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, mango powder, chaat masala, and salt. Mix properly so that the spices are nicely blended with the potatoes.
- Add Fresh Leaves

- Make Patties
