- 1 small brown onion - grated
- 250g chopped garlic chives
- 65g chopped coriander
- 35g chopped parsley
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp ground turmeric
- 125ml olive oil
- salt to taste

- Cook the potato
تم نسخ الرابطGrate the potato, then put it in a pan, cover it with cold water, and season well with salt. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to a simmer and cook the potato until soft.
- Mix all the ingredients

- Cook the kuku sabzi
