- 80 g feta cheese
- 500 g spinach
- 80 g onion (finely chopped)
- 6 cloves (finely chopped)
- 30 ml oil

- Preparing the Oven

- Blanching and Chopping Spinach
تم نسخ الرابطBlanch the spinach by heating up a pot with boiling water. Squeeze all the water out of the spinach and then finely chop it.
- Cooking the Spinach Mixture
تم نسخ الرابطHeat up a pan with some oil and start to cook the onions. When translucent, add the garlic. Once fragrant, add in the spinach and cook till all the water evaporates. Transfer to a plate and let cool completely.
- Mixing the Cheese Filling

- Preparing the Filo Pastry Sheets
