The Nasser bin Hamad Cycling Tour is Happening in Bahrain on This Date

Cycling enthusiasts can mark their calendars for the third edition of the Nasser bin Hamad Cycling Tour for Amateurs because it is happening from Nov. 1 to Nov. 4.

The tour is organized by Faalyat and the Bahrain Cycling Association. 

Registration for the tour can be done at the Gulf Court Hotel, Sanabs on Oct. 31 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The technical meeting will take place on the same day at 8:10 p.m.

The tour will include four stages, which are:

First stage

Nov. 1 from 3:00 p.m. at the Bahrain International Circuit (BIC).

The race will span over six kilometers.

Second stage

Nov. 2 from 3:00 p.m. at Sakhir. The race will span 55-65 km.

The first sprint will be after 20 km, the second one will be after 40km, and the last sprint will be at the finish line.

The aid stations start at 20km and end 15km before the finish line.

Third stage 

Nov. 3 from 7:30 p.m. at Manama. The race will span 140-155 km.

The first sprint will be after 50 km, the second one will be after 100km, and the last sprint will be at the finish line.

The aid stations start at 20km and end 15km before the finish line.

Fourth stage

Nov. 4 from 8:10 p.m. at Zallaq. The race will span 70-80 km.

The first sprint will be after 30 km, the second one will be after 60km, and the last sprint will be at the finish line.

The aid stations start at 20km and end 15km before the finish line.

There will also be a ladies' only race on Nov. 4 from 8:10 p.m.

This race will also take place at Zallaq and it will span 30 km to 40 km. Aid stations start at 20 km and end 15 km before the finish line. 

Winners will get various cool cash prizes. 

The event helps promote a healthier lifestyle with cycling as an integral part of everyday life.
