UAE Flies Relief Plane to Brazil for Flood-Hit Victims

The UAE has dispatched its first relief plane to Brazil, loaded with 100 tonnes of food, medical, and relief aid for flood victims. Reem bint Ebrahim Al Hashemy, UAE Minister of International Cooperation, highlighted that the UAE’s advanced monitoring systems track various natural disasters, enabling swift humanitarian response. The recent floods in Brazil prompted immediate action.

The initial flight carried essential supplies, with two additional aircraft set to deliver another 200 tonnes over the next two days. This brings the total aid to 300 tonnes, demonstrating the UAE's commitment to international relief efforts. The UAE’s proactive approach ensures timely assistance to those in need, reaffirming its dedication to global humanitarian support.
