Bahrain Prepares for Weather Shifts During Seasonal Change

The Meteorological Directorate at the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications has announced that Bahrain is entering a transitional phase from autumn to winter. This shift is expected to bring noticeable weather fluctuations over the coming days.

Rain and Cooler Temperatures Ahead

According to the latest updates, a low-pressure system will affect Bahrain from November 27 until the evening of November 28. During this time, scattered light to moderate rain is expected across the country, so don’t forget your umbrella!

From November 27 onward, northwesterly winds will take over, becoming stronger between November 28 and November 30. Along with these winds, a cold air mass will sweep through, causing temperatures to drop noticeably. Expect chilly nights and brisk early mornings during this period.

Stay Safe During Strong Winds

The Meteorological Directorate warns that wind speeds will peak during this time, with conditions easing in the following days. Residents are advised to stay cautious, especially near open areas or while driving during windy conditions.

Unstable Weather Typical for This Time

This transitional phase is known for low-pressure systems impacting the northern Arabian Peninsula and Gulf region. These systems often bring unstable weather, including cloud formations and occasional thunderstorms.

To stay safe and prepared, follow official weather updates and warnings. Whether it’s rain or chilly winds, it’s best to plan ahead for Bahrain’s changing weather.
